  • Property estimate form: Name and surname, e-mail address, phone number, and information about the property.
  • Technical data on form submission: IP address and browser information (user agent). Used to protect the forms against abuse and spam.

3. Purpose of Processing

We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Contact form: To respond to your inquiries and provide real estate services.
  • Property estimate form: To assess the property you wish to have valued and to communicate about the estimate.
  • Technical data: Protection of the website and forms against abuse.
  • Analytics and advertising cookies: Measuring traffic and improving the website, or personalizing advertising (only with your consent).

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Steps prior to entering into a contract and responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): data from the contact and estimate forms.
  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): technical data used to protect the website against abuse and spam.
  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): analytics, social, and advertising cookies. You can withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings in the website footer.
  • Compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): for concluded transactions, in particular obligations under the Czech Anti-Money Laundering Act and accounting regulations.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The website uses cookies in three categories:

  • Essential cookies: Ensure the basic functioning of the website (for example, storing your cookie preferences). These cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics (loaded via Google Tag Manager) helps us measure traffic and improve the website. Activated only after your consent.

We do not share the data with any other recipients unless required by law.

7. Data Retention Period

We retain data from the contact and estimate forms for a maximum of 1 year after your inquiry is handled, after which it is securely deleted. If a contract is concluded, the retention period follows statutory deadlines (in particular AML and accounting regulations).

  • The right to request correction of inaccurate data.
  • The right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") under certain circumstances.
