I work across all of Prague and in the Central Bohemian region. I specialise in Prague districts, above all the most sought-after ones: Holešovice, Vinohrady, Karlín, Smíchov, Žižkov, Dejvice, Nové Město, Staré Město, Vršovice, Nusle, Bubeneč and Letná. Every city district from Prague 1 to Prague 10 has its own dedicated page on this site. Outside Prague I mainly help in the Praha-západ and Praha-východ districts, for example in Rudná u Prahy or Říčany, as well as in Příbram and other parts of Central Bohemia. My registered office is in Holešovice (Komunardů 1048/15, Prague 7); personal meetings take place at the QARA real estate office in Vinohrady (Šafaříkova 201/17, Prague 2).

I handle sales and rentals of apartments, houses and land, free property valuation, professional photography, video tours, 3D virtual tours, home staging, real estate marketing and legal services.

Both the length of the sale and the commission depend on the type, condition and location of the property. I am happy to explain everything during a non-binding consultation, where we go through your expectations and the process.
