If you are looking for a starter home or an investment opportunity with a price tag below CZK 3 million, I have one for you in Slaný. On Záfortenská Street, I am offering a 1+kk apartment with a floor area of 25.4 m², a large enclosed loggia measuring 6.5 m², and a cellar storage unit in the basement of the building.

The apartment is located on the fourth above-ground floor of a refurbished prefabricated panel building without a lift. It is also on the top floor, so there are no neighbours above you.

Access to the building is controlled by an electronic chip, and the common areas are monitored by CCTV with recording. There is also a shared gym in the basement of the building.

Over the next approximately two to three years, the homeowners’ association plans to replace the risers and renovate the main electrical wiring in the common areas of the building.

Another advantage is the low monthly running costs. The monthly contribution to the building’s repair reserve is CZK 1,219.

The apartment is located just a few steps from Masaryk Square and the historic centre of Slaný. Shops, restaurants, cafés, schools, healthcare facilities and other services are all within walking distance. The bus and train stations are also nearby.

Prague can be reached by car in approximately 25 minutes, depending on current traffic conditions.

Thanks to its layout, low monthly costs and good accessibility, the apartment is suitable both as a starter home and as an investment property for subsequent rental.

With a price below CZK 3 million, I believe this is an attractive opportunity that is unlikely to remain on the market for very long.
