Welcome to Prague, in the district of Bohnice, specifically on Zelenohorská Street, where I have for rent an apartment with a layout of 2+kk and a floor area of 42.82 m², including a storage room, located on the 5th floor of a revitalized panel building.

In the surrounding area you will find complete civic amenities, including shops, cafés, restaurants, and the Krakov shopping center. Close to the building there is also Bohnice Park, ideal for walks and sports activities, as well as cycling paths along the Vltava River.

The monthly rent is 18,000 CZK. Service charges related to the use of the apartment are approximately 3,500 CZK per month for 2 persons. Electricity is transferred to the tenant. The refundable deposit and the real estate agency commission are both set at one month’s rent. The tenant arranges internet connection independently.
