Welcome to Holešovice, which in my opinion is one of the best neighborhoods in Prague. I've been living here for three years now and honestly can't imagine moving anywhere else. Besides great cafés like Vnitroblock, you'll find countless excellent restaurants, the beautiful Stromovka park just a few minutes’ walk away, and a newly built pedestrian bridge called HolKa, which—as the name suggests—connects Holešovice with Karlín.

This is a studio apartment (1+kk) with a floor area of 45 m², but unlike most apartments of this type, it doesn’t feel cramped. And the reason is simple. The original layout included a partition wall to create a 2-room space (2+kk), but the owner ultimately decided against it, resulting in a bright and open layout with plenty of natural light. Just a few steps from the building is the U Průhonu tram stop, providing easy access to the city center and other parts of Prague. Thanks to the excellent location, you won't even need a car – everything important is just a few steps from your doorstep. And if you do drive, you can easily park in the blue zones around the building or rent one of the garage parking spaces directly in the building.

Monthly rent: CZK 24,990 + CZK 2,000/person for services. Electricity is transferred to the tenant (approx. CZK 1,000/month). Security deposit and agency fee: one month’s rent each. Internet arranged by tenant. Available by November 1.
