Welcome to the newly completed residential building Rezidence Obora, which is the result of a complete reconstruction of the original brick building. Here, I am pleased to offer for rent a newly finished apartment unit.

The monthly rent is CZK 14,000. Monthly service charges amount to CZK 4,513, of which CZK 1,800 is an advance payment for electricity.

The stated advances are calculated for one person and will be adjusted according to the number of occupants. All services and utilities are fully billable, and any overpayments resulting from lower consumption are refunded to the tenant.

The refundable security deposit and the real estate agency commission are each equal to one month’s rent. Internet service is arranged by the tenant independently.
