Welcome to Holešovice, which I personally consider one of the best neighborhoods in Prague. I have been living here for three years now and honestly, I cannot imagine moving anywhere else. I even live in the same building where this apartment is located, so I can assure you that you will be completely satisfied here. A big advantage is also the wonderful landlady who owns the entire building and takes great care of everything. Besides excellent cafés such as Vnitroblock, which is located right in front of the house, you will also find many great restaurants nearby, as well as the popular Stromovka park. Another benefit is the recently completed pedestrian bridge called HolKa, which connects Holešovice with Karlín.

The apartment is situated on the top fifth floor of a historic brick building with an elevator on Komunardů Street in the sought-after district of Prague 7, Holešovice. The refundable deposit is equal to one months rent, as is the agency fee. The tenant arranges the internet connection individually; both O2 and Vodafone are available in the building.
