High-quality photography is one of the foundations of the entire property presentation. It is often the photographs that shape a buyer's first impression within the first few seconds and determine whether they continue paying attention to the listing.
I work with several professional photographers, but my main photographer is Jiří Hanžl, with whom I have been creating complete content packages for my property listings for a long time. Jirka has extensive experience photographing and creating content for the property market and, in addition to professional photography, also produces video tours, short social media videos, 3D virtual tours and floor plans.
The ability to create the complete content package within a single production is very important to me. In addition to professional photographs, a typical shoot therefore also produces a complete video tour, a 3D virtual tour, short videos primarily intended for social media and, of course, floor plans.
Alongside quality, speed and reliability are essential to me. I do not want unnecessary delays between photographing the property and launching the complete presentation. That is why I work with people who can deliver all of the materials quickly and to the standard I expect for my listings.
Creativity is equally important. Every property is different and I do not want its presentation to feel like a generic template. Together, we look for the best way to capture its atmosphere, strengths and details that can distinguish it from competing properties in the area.
The better and more varied the content we create during the production itself, the more opportunities we have later to present the property to different groups of potential buyers and reach the widest possible relevant audience.
