How to choose a good real estate agent in Prague?
Choose by reviews from real clients, by the quality of the agent's current listings (photos, video, 3D tour) and by their knowledge of your area. A good agent shows you at the first meeting exactly how they will sell, is straight with you about the price and does not push you to sign.

Reviews and references
Read reviews on Google and local portals and look for details: do clients mention the process, speed, communication? Generic five-star reviews with no substance carry little weight. Ask around too; a satisfied client recommends their agent unprompted.
Look at their current listings
An agent's best business card is the properties they are selling right now. Open their listings and imagine yours among them: professional photos, a video tour, a 3D tour and a description worth reading? That is exactly how your property will be presented.
What to ask at the first meeting
- What is the proposed price based on and which actual sales support it?
- What exactly will the presentation and advertising include?
- How do they vet applicants and their financing?
- Who drafts the contracts and how is the purchase price protected?
- How often and in what form will they keep you informed?
Warning signs
- They promise by far the highest price of all agents just to win the contract.
- They push for an immediate exclusive contract with a long notice period.
- They have no traceable reviews or examples of their work.
- They are vague about the commission and services.
